Here is a shipping update on our pool cleaning robot, Ariel.

Folks around the country who pre-ordered the greatly anticipated Ariel are anxiously awaiting her arrival. Here is a delivery status update from Pivot-Solar Breeze as of April 16, 2021:

Ariel production is ramping up at our facility in Omaha this week and next. Production was delayed due to some challenges getting component parts delivered to the plant in a timely manner. Pivot Solar-Breeze will begin shipping a few hundred units per week beginning April 19, 2021.

The 1,500 pool robots in our order backlog will be shipped in the same order in which those orders were received. It will take four to five weeks to complete shipping all current orders. Once production schedules are locked, Pivot-Solar Breeze will reach out to each of our customers with the specific week your Ariel will ship.

Ariel has been placed on backorder on our website until all of the current orders are fulfilled. We will open up to accept new orders in a couple of weeks.  Fulfillment of new orders will begin in early June.

Pivot-Solar Breeze realizes that this represents a substantial delay in comparison to the original delivery plan. Our pool cleaning robot, like many other products, has been caught up in global supply chain disruptions as economies recover from the pandemic.
